Doggy Bag Stations – 4/25. 15 Dog Bag Stations have been put up around the park. We encourage all Residents to pick up after their dogs.
Speed Humps – 4/25. The Speed Humps are here and they will be installed around the park.
Flag Poles – 4/25. We’re looking into getting the Pole repaired at the US1 entrance. We found out that some time ago Kip and Mary Schenck donated a flag for the pole. We thank them for their donation and support to get the flag back up.
November 6th – Crime Prevention Meeting – Thursday November 6th at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse, come meet members of the Fort Pierce Police Department at they discuss ways of helping keep our community and its residents safe.
December 18th – HOA MEMBERSHIP MEETING – Thursday December 18th at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse, Nominations for Board Members will be taken from the floor. Sign up sheet is posted in the Clubhouse to be considered.
January 29th – HOA Elections – Thursday January 29th at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. Candidates running for the 2026 HOA Board are: Al Wolden, Richard Miller, Debbie Corona, PJ Price and Sharon Headley.
